A cold, creamy pasta salad inspired by classic grinder sandwiches, loaded with meats, cheese, tangy dressing, and a crisp lettuce finish. Perfect for parties or meal prep!

Ingredients
For the dressing:

real mayonnaise

crushed red pepper flakes

For the salad:
1
pound
rotini pasta
cooked
½
cup
thinly sliced salami
cut into strips
½
cup
pepperoni
cut into strips
½
cup
deli ham
cut into strips

provolone cheese
cut into cubes
10
ounces
cherry or grape tomatoes
cut in half
1/4
head of iceberg lettuce
shredded
1/2
cup
pepperoncinis
chopped

cup
sliced black olives

Instructions
Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth and chill until ready to use.
Boil rotini pasta, drain, and rinse under cold water.
Combine pasta, meats, cheese, tomatoes, pepperoncini, and olives in a large bowl.
Pour dressing over the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Fold in shredded lettuce just before serving.
Toss and serve chilled.
Notes
Keep the pasta salad for 2-3 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
