Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 can 14 oz artichokes
  • 1 pack 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Chop the artichokes into small pieces and cut the cream cheese into smaller chunks for easy melting.
  • Add the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, chopped artichokes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and spinach to the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2–2.5 hours, stirring after 1 hour to combine the spinach with the other ingredients.
  • Once everything is melted and blended, stir the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve warm with crackers, bread, or fresh veggies for dipping.

Stovetop Instructions

  • Chop the artichokes into small pieces and cut the cream cheese into smaller chunks.
  • In a large skillet or saucepan, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Heat over medium-low, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the chopped artichokes and spinach, cooking for 3–5 minutes until the spinach is wilted and fully combined.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish and serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetables.

Oven Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Chop the artichokes into small pieces and cut the cream cheese into smaller chunks.
