No Bake Jello Dessert Parfaits
Layered lime gelatin and sweet whipped cream create a bright green dessert that’s perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, Christmas, themed birthdays, or sports parties.

Ingredients

box lime Jell-O
6 oz

cups
boiling water
2
cups
cold water
1 ½
cups
heavy whipping cream or Cool Whip
3
tablespoons
powdered sugar
Optional toppings: lime zest
sprinkles, crushed = candy
Instructions
In a medium bowl, dissolve the lime gelatin in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
Stir in cold water and allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
Pour a thin layer of gelatin into each parfait glass. Refrigerate 20–30 minutes until slightly set.
Beat heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
Spoon or pipe whipped cream over the gelatin layer.
Repeat layering gelatin and whipped cream until glasses are filled, ending with whipped cream on top.
Add toppings and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
Let gelatin cool before layering to prevent melting.
Chill fully before serving for best structure.
Best enjoyed within 3 days.
If you don't want to make homemade whipped cream, you can use Cool Whip or the cream out of the spray can.
