Fluffy Cream Cheese Grinch Dip

- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 3.4 oz package white chocolate pudding mix, instant
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- Green gel food coloring
- Sprinkles for garnish
- Candy Hearts for garnish
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium-high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- In a small bowl, whisk heavy cream, milk, and pudding mix until blended.
- With the mixer on low, slowly add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese. Mix about 15 seconds until combined.
- Increase speed to medium and beat another 30 seconds until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract, green food coloring, and whipped topping. Beat again for 30 seconds until fluffy and fully incorporated.
- Transfer dip to a serving dish. Top with sprinkles and candy hearts for decoration.
Notes
- Soften cream cheese fully at room temperature for the smoothest dip.
- Use a hand mixer instead of mixing by hand to avoid lumps.
