Fluffy Cream Cheese Grinch Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 3.4 oz package white chocolate pudding mix, instant
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • Green gel food coloring
  • Sprinkles for garnish
  • Candy Hearts for garnish

Instructions

  • Beat softened cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium-high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • In a small bowl, whisk heavy cream, milk, and pudding mix until blended.
  • With the mixer on low, slowly add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese. Mix about 15 seconds until combined.
  • Increase speed to medium and beat another 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract, green food coloring, and whipped topping. Beat again for 30 seconds until fluffy and fully incorporated.
  • Transfer dip to a serving dish. Top with sprinkles and candy hearts for decoration.

Notes

  • Soften cream cheese fully at room temperature for the smoothest dip.
  • Use a hand mixer instead of mixing by hand to avoid lumps.
  • Chill the dip for 30 minutes if you prefer a firmer texture.
  • Garnish just before serving so sprinkles stay bright and crunchy.
