Easy Pink Hot Cocoa Recipe

This creamy pink hot chocolate is made with milk, melted white chocolate and a few drops of pink coloring. It's ready in 15 minutes and perfect for Valentine's Day, parties or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
  • 3 –4 drops Red or pink food coloring
  • Whipped cream
  • Pink sprinkles

Instructions

  • Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it's steaming. Don't let it boil.
  • Lower the heat and add the white chocolate chips. Stir until they melt completely into the milk.
  • Add 3 to 4 drops of food coloring and stir until the color is even. Add another drop or two for a brighter pink.
  • Keep heating for 2–3 minutes, stirring now and then, until hot and smooth.
  • Take the pan off the heat and divide the hot chocolate between two mugs.
  • Top each mug with whipped cream and pink sprinkles. Serve right away.
