Ingredients

  • 8 oz package cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • cup dill pickles chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh dill chopped

Instructions

  • Chop the pickles and dill finely.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and pickle juice until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped pickles and dill.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra dill.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Stir before serving.
