Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese mild, medium, or sharp
  • ½ cup bacon bits
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup sliced scallions
  • 2 tbsp milk of your choice
  • 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, everything bagel seasoning, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Use a hand mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in half of the bacon bits, scallions, and pecans, making sure they’re finely chopped.
  • Place the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, wrap it tightly, and shape it into a ball.
  • Chill the wrapped cheeseball in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
  • Mix the remaining bacon bits, scallions, and pecans in a shallow bowl.
  • Unwrap the cheeseball and roll it in the mixture until fully coated.
  • Serve immediately with crackers, veggies, or toasted bread.

Notes

If desired, you can cook fresh bacon and use it instead of store bought bacon bits.
