Savory, creamy, and packed with smoky bacon and crunchy pecans, this Pecan Bacon Cheeseball is a guaranteed hit! Quick to make and perfect for pairing with crackers or veggies, it’s the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, everything bagel seasoning, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Use a hand mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in half of the bacon bits, scallions, and pecans, making sure they’re finely chopped.
Place the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, wrap it tightly, and shape it into a ball.
Chill the wrapped cheeseball in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
Mix the remaining bacon bits, scallions, and pecans in a shallow bowl.
Unwrap the cheeseball and roll it in the mixture until fully coated.
Serve immediately with crackers, veggies, or toasted bread.
Notes
If desired, you can cook fresh bacon and use it instead of store bought bacon bits.
