Arrange vanilla wafers in a single layer on parchment paper or a serving plate.

Dab roughly 1/4 teaspoon of white frosting onto the center of each cookie and spread into a small square about 1 inch wide.

Place a tiny dot of strawberry jelly in the middle of the frosting square. Keep it small so it looks like a blood spot, not a jelly cookie.

Serve right away, ideally alongside a real bandaid box for the full creepy effect.
